Last December and January we travelled through the mountains, investigated various towns and cities then decided we'd like to come back to the Cotacachi, Otavalo, Ibarra and Atuntaqui area. We arrive December 4th and stay until March 4th - a 3 month visit.

Cotacachi
A small shop devoted to making belts only
Always a parade. Almost everyday a parade "will break out", seemingly spontaneously. The reason for this one? As with most, no apparent reason.
